Program and sender: Oasis Landscapes FL offers optional service-related texts about consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, project updates, and customer service. With separate marketing consent, we may also send promotional offers, discounts, and landscaping specials, including messages sent using automated technology.

Your choice: Our website forms provide separate, unchecked, optional SMS consent choices. You may choose either, both, or neither. Providing a phone number, submitting a form, or purchasing a service does not by itself provide SMS marketing consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency and charges: Message frequency varies according to your inquiries, project activity, and consent selections. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your messaging or data plan.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any Oasis Landscapes FL text message to unsubscribe from SMS communications. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments or adjust timelines as needed and will communicate such changes when possible.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property where work is to be performed, comply with any local zoning, permitting, HOA, or compliance requirements relating to landscaping or outdoor modifications, and promptly provide responses or approvals for designs, permits, or related matters when required. If delays occur due to failure to meet these responsibilities, we may adjust service timelines or fees accordingly.

5. Liability Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Oasis Landscapes FL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the direct services rendered. This does not exclude liability for negligence, willful misconduct, or any statutory rights you may have.

6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for services will be confirmed through written estimates or agreements. Payments are due according to the terms specified in your invoice or agreement. Missed or late payments may incur additional fees or penalties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

7. Marketing and Promotions

SMS marketing is sent only when you separately opt in to receive it. We may send promotional offers, discounts, and landscaping specials consistent with the consent you provide. Declining marketing consent does not prevent you from requesting information or purchasing services. Refer to Section 1 for SMS consent, help, and opt-out details.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated through our website, email, or other appropriate channels and take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Brevard County, Florida.
